1. Site owner
The details of the person responsible for this website are set out below, for contact purposes and as required by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on identifying the data controller.
Grada Blaugrana carries on no economic activity: access is free, nothing is sold and no advertising revenue is received. Should that change, this section will also set out the details required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

2. Purpose and acceptance
Grada Blaugrana is a news site and a supporters’ community devoted to FC Barcelona and European football. It publishes news and data on matches, teams and competitions, and offers a space where users can post messages, open polls and draw lineups.
Using the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice as published at the time of access. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.
3. Independence and third-party trade marks
Grada Blaugrana is an independent community and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by FC Barcelona or by any of the other clubs mentioned. The names, crests and trade marks shown belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational and identification purposes.
Nothing published here should be taken as an official communication from any club, competition or federation. Names, crests and photographs are used under the right to inform and only to identify the entities being reported on.
Any rights holder who believes that content on this site infringes their rights may notify the contact address given above, identifying the content and the right affected. It will be dealt with promptly.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, code and original illustrations on this site belong to its owner unless stated otherwise. All rights in them are reserved.
Sporting data —results, lineups, standings and competition history— comes from third-party sources and is credited on the relevant page. Club and personal crests, names and photographs belong to their owners.
You may quote and link to our own content, citing the source and linking to the original page. Reproducing it in full or exploiting it commercially requires prior written permission.
5. User-generated content
Messages, comments, polls, lineups and images posted by a user are that user’s sole responsibility. By posting them you confirm that you are entitled to do so and grant the site owner a free, non-exclusive licence to display, store and publicly communicate them within the site and its channels, for the sole purpose of providing the service.
The owner does not review content in advance. In accordance with article 16 LSSI-CE, content will be removed or blocked promptly once the owner has actual knowledge that it is unlawful or harmful.
- Unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content, and content inciting hatred or violence, is not allowed.
- Posting other people’s personal data without their consent, or impersonating anyone, is not allowed.
- Unsolicited advertising and content unrelated to the site’s purpose are not allowed.
- Breaking these rules may result in content being removed and the account being suspended or closed.
6. Use of the site
The site is offered for browsing and participation by individuals. Bulk automated access, systematic extraction of content and any use liable to damage, overload or disrupt the normal operation of the service or its security systems are not permitted.
7. Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party pages. Such links are offered for reference and the owner is not responsible for their content, their availability or the terms under which they operate.
8. Advertising
The site displays no third-party advertising and receives no revenue from it. The spaces reserved for ads are empty and load no provider code, so no advertising network sets cookies from here.
Should advertising be introduced later, it will be stated in this section and in the cookie information, and consent for measurement technologies will be requested before they are enabled.
9. Data protection
Taking part in the community requires an account, which involves processing personal data —email address, display name and whatever each person chooses to post—. Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, for the purpose of providing the service and running the community.
Anyone may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact address given above, and may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they see fit.
10. Disclaimer
Sporting data is published as carefully as possible, but it comes from external sources and may contain errors or be incomplete. It is offered without warranty of accuracy and should not be used as the basis for decisions with financial consequences.
Errors that come to light are corrected and recorded in the site’s corrections log.
The owner does not guarantee continuous availability of the service and is not liable for damage arising from its interruption, save where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.
11. Changes
The owner may amend this legal notice to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
12. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the owner’s domicile, except where the user is a consumer, in which case consumer protection rules apply.
